Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before making your reservation.

Welcome to Glo Trips. By booking and participating in any Glo Trips retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Glo Trips retreats, experiences, and destinations.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the retreat. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the deadline communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.

1.3. Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur applicable late fees and may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

1.4. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the retreat details, inclusions, accommodation structure, and refund policy prior to booking.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

2.1. All payments made toward Glo Trips retreats are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including deposits and full balances. This policy exists because retreat accommodations, vendors, staffing, and experiences are secured and paid for in advance.

2.2. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations due to illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, visa issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

2.3. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, and personal liability.

2.4. If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their spot to another person, subject to written approval by Glo Trips and provided the transfer request is made no later than 21 days before the retreat start date.

2.5. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures for any reason.

2.6. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the participant will be held liable for all associated fees and legal costs. Glo Trips reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and deny future participation in services or retreats.

3. Retreat Inclusions & Exclusions

3.1. Retreat packages may include accommodations, select group meals, workshops, wellness sessions, group excursions, retreat materials, and curated experiences as outlined in the official retreat itinerary.

3.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, retreat packages do NOT include:

• International or domestic airfare

• Travel insurance (mandatory)

• Personal expenses (souvenirs, shopping, spa add-ons, off-site meals)

• Optional excursions or upgrades

• Alcoholic beverages (unless specified)

• Gratuities and personal transportation outside scheduled activities

4. Accommodation & Room Allocation

4.1. Accommodation arrangements vary by retreat location, property, and package type. Depending on the retreat, accommodations may include shared rooms, private rooms, suites, or villa-style lodging.

4.2. Unless a private room or specific room category is explicitly confirmed in writing at the time of booking, accommodations should be assumed to be shared or assigned based on availability.

4.3. Room assignments are determined at the sole discretion of Glo Trips based on logistics, retreat structure, and guest compatibility. Specific room locations, views, layouts, bed types, or configurations are not guaranteed.

4.4. Requests for private rooms, roommate preferences, or specific accommodation arrangements will be considered but are not guaranteed unless formally confirmed in writing.

4.5. Differences in room size, property style, shared versus private arrangements, or accommodation aesthetics do not constitute grounds for refunds, partial refunds, disputes, or cancellations.

4.6. Retreat accommodations are part of a curated group experience and may differ from traditional hotel stays or individual luxury travel expectations.

5. Experience & Marketing Expectations

5.1. Glo Trips retreats are curated luxury group experiences that combine travel, personal development, and community immersion. They are not equivalent to a private luxury vacation, concierge service, or hotel-only stay.

5.2. All marketing materials, social media content, photos, videos, testimonials, and promotional descriptions are provided for illustrative and inspirational purposes only and do not guarantee specific amenities, room types, facilitators, or outcomes.

5.3. Any verbal conversations, sales calls, emails, or messages are superseded by the official written retreat documentation and these Terms & Conditions.

5.4. Individual experiences, personal transformations, emotional outcomes, and results are subjective and not guaranteed.

6. Travel, Insurance & Documentation

6.1. Participants are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations (if required), and all necessary travel documentation.

6.2. Glo Trips is not responsible for denied boarding, visa rejections, missed flights, or travel delays.

6.3. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, travel disruptions, and personal liability.

6.4. Glo Trips is not liable for any financial losses due to travel disruptions, missed connections, lost baggage, or external travel-related issues.

7. Health, Wellness & Participation Disclaimer

7.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in retreat activities, excursions, and workshops.

7.2. Glo Trips retreats are designed for personal growth, wellness, and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical treatment.

7.3. Any workshops, mindset sessions, journaling exercises, coaching, or personal development activities (including NLP-based practices) are intended for general self-improvement and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or medical care.

7.4. Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for their mental, emotional, and physical well-being during the retreat.

8. Itinerary Changes & Retreat Modifications

8.1. While we strive to follow the published itinerary, schedules, accommodations, facilitators, and activities may change due to weather, safety considerations, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2. Glo Trips reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the safety and overall quality of the retreat experience.

8.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for itinerary changes, activity substitutions, or facilitator adjustments.

9. Code of Conduct & Community Standards

9.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, facilitators, and local communities.

9.2. Disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

9.3. Excessive alcohol consumption, illegal substance use, harassment, gossip that disrupts group dynamics, or behavior negatively impacting the group experience may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

9.4. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of personal stories shared during workshops, group sessions, and circles.

9.5. Guests may not solicit clients, promote competing retreats, or commercially reproduce Glo Trips materials, frameworks, or experiences without prior written consent.

10. Liability & Third-Party Services

10.1. Glo Trips is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or incidents that occur during the retreat, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

10.2. Certain excursions, transportation, spa services, and activities are operated by third-party vendors. Glo Trips is not responsible for any injuries, service dissatisfaction, accidents, or incidents related to third-party providers.

10.3. Participants acknowledge that travel and retreat activities inherently involve some level of risk and voluntarily assume such risks.

11. Property Rules, Damages & Additional Fees

11.1. Participants must respect retreat properties, accommodations, and facilities at all times.

11.2. Any damages caused by a participant beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the participant directly.

11.3. Quiet hours, property guidelines, and house rules provided by the retreat venue must be followed at all times.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. Glo Trips shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, travel bans, political instability, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.

12.2. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or adjust the retreat experience; however, refunds will not be issued.

13. Media Release & Content Usage

13.1. By attending the retreat, participants grant Glo Trips the right to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings for marketing, promotional, documentary, and educational purposes across all platforms.

13.2. Participants who prefer not to appear in media must notify Glo Trips in writing prior to the retreat start date. While reasonable efforts will be made, complete exclusion from group media cannot be guaranteed in shared environments.

14. Right to Refuse Participation & Removal Policy

14.1. Glo Trips reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation, remove, or deny continued attendance to any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with the retreat environment.

14.2. This includes persistent complaints, refusal to follow guidelines, conduct that negatively affects group energy, or actions that compromise the experience of other guests.

14.3. Removal from the retreat under these circumstances will occur without refund, credit, or compensation.

15. Governing Law & Agreement

15.1. These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between the participant and Glo Trips and supersede any prior verbal or written communications.

15.2. By booking a retreat, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the retreat details, accommodation structure, inclusions, and policies and voluntarily agree to all terms stated above.

15.3. A checked agreement box at checkout or signed agreement form shall be considered legally binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
